Culture of Life: Part 5 Math - Mary O Daly

Even math has a particular place and a unique character in the culture of life. The ideas of number and pattern are fundamental, and these are natural objects of curiosity when clearly presented. Maria Montessori and Glenn Doman are a major influences in this presentation of the ideas of number (not to be confused with numeral) and pattern, the foundation of physics. We need to guard our children from the digital influence which will be producing a generation whose concept of number is a position on a keypad, rather than a quantity.
